**UPDATE** now I have been provided with a tracking number that does not exist. I asked for the order to be cancelled and that I am refunded because they are simply lying about where the item is. It shouldn’t be this hard to get the mattress I ordered over two weeks ago. They say it won’t be delivered until after Boxing Day but the tracking doesn’t work. So just cancel the order. Very nice and friendly delivery men who were able to deliver my new book shelf and sofa lounge a week apart of each other. They were so gentle and polite when moving the furniture in the house and placed it in the room I asked them too. So grateful for their kindness and service. Most definitely recommend.
