Best Customer Service I needed spare doors for a tv unit I had contacted customer service they were no help but advised to check with a store. So glad I went to their Bundall store Corey saved the day had a spare pair of doors all stores should keep spares parts as it really help if you need a something. Corey was wonderful went out of his way to help. So happy with the other 4 products we purchased today. Would highly recommend this store made a nice surprise to have such great service.
ordered a lounge 10 weeks ago said it would be here in 6-8 weeks, only to find out after weeks of hassling (no reply) it hasn't even been made yet. Corey at BUNDALL store did refund me the delivery fee - however that has not rectified the problem and I'm still waiting for my $1300 lounge. Customer service is despicable, Website is full of false advertising. Think twice before you order from here it's highly likely it will not be worth it even though it's a little bit cheaper than other places.
