I received service with a 5-star smile from Neil at the warehouse. I think he’s a wasted talent and should be in the showroom. The store would definitely benefit from his friendly disposition 😀
Awesome selection of more unique desks than other furniture chains we have looked at. Staff were courteous and very helpful.

Today I went into fantastic furniture Launceston. Really keen to buy stuff (and I did.) dealt with a lady called Karen, up in the bedding area. She was obviously having a bad day and felt the need to project her feelings onto the customers. Love the shop but dealing with Karen was appalling.
