Ordered this beautiful 3 seater lounge a couple of weeks before Christmas. Was told it could take 3 months, well arrived today. Packaged well with thick plastic and cardboard for protection. The delivery company also provided a great service.
Bought a mattress in may2025 and its start losing its firmness in oct which is worst in few months happens like this then i went for warranty claim the staff totally unprofessional and they can lied on your face its happens when i was waiting the result on mattress assessment manager of store he said didn't came to work the day before i went to the store but there other guy said he was there yesterday when said same thing to him then he start making other accuses all they want to sell the product once you bought you means no... read more
Customer service was very disappointing.
Paid for bedroom setting after being told it was in stock only to find out only half was there.. not happy
