I’ve never had a bad experience buying fantastic furniture until now. Bought this little cabinet to use as a coffee machine station. Doors were uneven so there was a huge gap inbetween, and they had placed a sticker right on the front of the door. I did enquire with customer service to see if they had replacement doors to try and all I got back were links to YouTube videos to try and fix the cabinet and scrape the sticker off. Payed money to have our dinning table delivered just for them to leave it at our door and tell us it was our problem to deal with right at our door stop bad communication with us refused to help my partner at all bring it into the house and left. Horrible delivery drivers would not recommend
Have to say that Bonnie, is the best salesperson I've encountered for a long time, knew the products the service and finance options if needed like the back of her hand! Not only helped with our order also with a fast fix to an interest free solution. She is bright, bubbly and extremely knowledgeable, well done young lady! If there is a staff award she should be given it, you go girl!
Staff in store lack professionalism, product knowledge and communication. We had to lodge a warranty claim for a failed couch, and the entire process was unnecessarily drawn out. Depending on which staff member we spoke to, we were given different stories about where the claim was at and what was happening. Once the claim was finally approved, we decided to upgrade to another product and pay the difference ourselves.
