Payed money to have our dinning table delivered just for them to leave it at our door and tell us it was our problem to deal with right at our door stop bad communication with us refused to help my partner at all bring it into the house and left. Horrible delivery drivers would not recommend
Have to say that Bonnie, is the best salesperson I've encountered for a long time, knew the products the service and finance options if needed like the back of her hand! Not only helped with our order also with a fast fix to an interest free solution. She is bright, bubbly and extremely knowledgeable, well done young lady! If there is a staff award she should be given it, you go girl!
Staff in store lack professionalism, product knowledge and communication. We had to lodge a warranty claim for a failed couch, and the entire process was unnecessarily drawn out. Depending on which staff member we spoke to, we were given different stories about where the claim was at and what was happening. Once the claim was finally approved, we decided to upgrade to another product and pay the difference ourselves. Walk in to this store today 7/4/26 an No Service or greeting. Just a female talking to her friend for about 20minutes. I had a lot of money to pickup a mattress I had in mind, kept waiting to see if she would come over. Nothing. So friends more important than customers. You miss out on a Whole lot of money honey. Hope your Boss trains you up or lets you go, but just remember Customers supposed to come first. I spent up big else where.
