Unprofessional and disrespectful service I will not be returning to this store. While returning a bed today at the warehouse, the staff member we dealt with was unnecessarily rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. Although we acknowledged when we were in the wrong (our dog briefly wandered into the warehouse and was immediately removed), the way the situation was handled was completely inappropriate. Very poor customer service today. But, a very nice store!
I had the most wonderful in-store experience today at your store! Jason was absolutely incredible at his job! He has such a warm and friendly attitude and clearly loves his job! I would have to say it was my best customer service experience in a long time. I can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond for my husband and I after quite a difficult time Jason’s happy smile and service was just what we needed! He is an absolute asset to your team!!!
