Great! Bought a wonderful desk from there. Amazing customer service.
Note a bad customer service from the guy in the store. I came this store on 08/04/2025 around 1:30 pm TBH, my first time to shopping this shop! But the guy feels like does not like to talk to me. Does he feel like I am from overseas? I don’t want to focus on this topic. Your head office needs to train staff to respect different cultures and background customer.
Before you buy from Fantastic Furniture ask them if they are offering the item for sale at the best price. 5 days ago we purchased a double bed for $339 and today it’s $249. We had returned to the store to buy a matching bedside table but walked out and won’t be returning.
Horrid customer service, the lot of them.
