I couldn't buy the sofa that I liked. Because they don't have any sofa in their stock and you have to wait for 3 weeks or even more. But in Sydney you can buy and bring to your home just in 1 hour.
I had an issue, and they were just amazing in the way they went about helping me out. Even when it was my own fault. Best customer service thank you so much. I feel so stupid but so thankful for there help !! Best customer service Brendan ever, and massive shout out to warehouse staff you were just amazing allowing me to figure my fault !!!! Thank you thank you. From the worst customer ever !!!
Terrible customer service !! Never responsive , never pick up the phone once you need to reach out to staff and ask question! Really really bad , avoid this branch
We moved house and lost the hardware for a bed we purchased from fantastic, they have no replacements and cannot source any (which I find to be completely untrue, even if they sold it for inflated costs), so we essentially have to throw out a $600 one year old bed. Great job guys, contributing to completely unnecessary waste due to incompetence and laziness.
I required a bed frame ASAP and was more than pleased with the selection from Fantastic Furniture. I purchased the frame online and it was ready to be collected within 30 minutes which was amazing. Additionally, Mark at the loading dock was extremely kind and helpful and assisted me to get the bed frame to fit in my car! Definitely will be back!
