Was told my couch would be delivered in 2 weeks. Got rid of my old couch in preparation. Called them after 2.5 weeks and it turns out that although we were told 2 weeks, which the guy acknowledged on the phone, it's actually not going to be ready for 9 weeks total so now we are stuck without a couch til Christmas basically. Super unhappy
We had a great experience with- Pratikshya S. We rang up the store and let them know we were on our way. There was a crash on the way to the store, so we got to the doors just as they had already locked them. Being a Friday afternoon I could imagine how annoying it would be but Pratikshya came and told us the doors were locked. I couldn't buy the sofa that I liked. Because they don't have any sofa in their stock and you have to wait for 3 weeks or even more. But in Sydney you can buy and bring to your home just in 1 hour.
I had an issue, and they were just amazing in the way they went about helping me out. Even when it was my own fault. Best customer service thank you so much. I feel so stupid but so thankful for there help !! Best customer service Brendan ever, and massive shout out to warehouse staff you were just amazing allowing me to figure my fault !!!! Thank you thank you. From the worst customer ever !!!
