I had an extremely disappointing experience with Brendan at Fantastic Furniture. He was unhelpful, and showed very little interest in resolving our issue. The bed we purchased was faulty and is unusable, yet Fantastic Furniture has refused to replace it despite the clear defect. I had a very disappointing experience with Fantastic Furniture Gungahlin. I purchased a Selena gas lift bed and mattress for around $1,650, including an extra $250 for the gas lift feature. As soon as we opened the bed, we found that the headboard was torn. We contacted customer service immediately and were promised support under the 3-year manufacturer’s warranty. Very disappointing experience with Fantastic Furniture Gungahlin. Their after-sales service is terrible. Communication was poor, I had to constantly chase for updates, and customer support was unhelpful throughout the warranty process. They did not provide proper assistance with the manufacturer’s warranty, making what should have been a simple process frustrating and stressful.
