10/10 . I found this place very reasonable price and good quality of services and customer care, I though her name is Kim (Manager) is very informative and caring customer with best professionalism. Kevin has got also best customer service with smiles. Two delivery staffs were good personal engaged with customers, I got the parcel tracking msg early in the morning, parcel get delivered before 9:00 AM. Highly recommended for furnitures, bed and other house hold . Fantastic is really fantastic goods with fantastic service.
I had such a great experience shopping here yesterday! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful when I was purchasing two mattresses. They took the time to help me find options that were boxed and ready to take with me, which was exactly what I needed as I’ve just moved interstate and needed mattresses as soon as possible. I really appreciated how helpful and accommodating they were, and the whole experience was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for furniture or mattresses!
We recently visited Fantastic Furniture (26/05/2026 3pm) to purchase a mattress and wanted to acknowledge Kevin N for his lovely customer service. He was friendly, approachable and assisted us straight away when no one else had. Unfortunately, the experience with the other staff members was disappointing.
