I cannot set my delivery address
Do not go here, I came in to get a bed frame after coming in multiple time whilst they have nothing in stock and telling me to come back another time ( I didn’t want to do an online order) I went in FOR THE LAST TIME and was met with the most disgusting attitude from both "managers” Dave and Kim. I walked in and went to look around at the beds, Priyana I believe her name was. Was amazing customer service and did help me as much as she could! Fantastic service with a smile. Paul and Pria and Natalia are very polite very helpful, they gave great advise very patient, made sure i was looked after from buying what i needed to the laoding dock to make sure i got all my items on time. Great service and and keep up the good work
If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. The customer service is terrible, I asked one of the employees about two beds, she answered the questions and just left. She was unbothered and looked uninterested the whole time as if she didn't want to help. There was almost no one at the store but she still didn't give us any attention and kept going back to her computer, even though we still had questions to ask. Never going back.
