We recently visited Fantastic Furniture (26/05/2026 3pm) to purchase a mattress and wanted to acknowledge Kevin N for his lovely customer service. He was friendly, approachable and assisted us straight away when no one else had. Unfortunately, the experience with the other staff members was disappointing. The customer service is terrible there. Two gentleman were very rude and unprofessional whilst I was visiting there. Very disrespectful approach towards customer. Kindly advise you to get some coaching classes regarding dealing with customer.
I both one black tea table 2-3 weeks before. It’s look nice but now all screwed were loose. I am very unsatisfied with that product.
"Mr. Paul from sales was incredibly helpful when we were buying our sofa. Even though it was closing time, he went above and beyond to get our sofa and have it taken out of the warehouse. We really appreciate the excellent service and dedication he showed. Highly recommend!"
