Customer service at the Casula and Campbelltown stores have been excellent, friendly staff always happy to help. My 3 star rating is low for physical stores and staff and is way too high when it comes to online order click and collect. Click and collect states 60 minutes click and collect so I ordered and the email confirming the order says 60 minutes with an asterisk after it. Firstly the service at this store is below one star. Initial furniture order wasn’t done properly so they had r allocated the order to delivery properly. They then had to split deliver despite me paying for assemble on the initially arranged delivery day. Don’t call to chase items - You feel like your an inconvenience for asking where the furniture is that was a couple of weeks away and now it’s been like two months. I placed an online order with Fantastic Furniture for two study tables—one brown and one white. I received a confirmation message telling me both were ready for collection at my chosen store. However, when I arrived, I was told the white table wasn’t actually in stock. I was then told to go to the “nearest” store to collect it—Penrith, which is 50kms away.
