Great customer support and post sales service
Upon receipt of a damaged desk, they have made it extremely difficult to exchange and get a replacement. I’m on a deadline to get a desk built for a workplace and the process has been a terrible experience. Don’t bother, pay a little more and go with a better more equitable company. Fair trading is a viable option at this point.

We have been working on giving our son a new bedroom and he really wanted a desk to go in there. We promised him this morning that we will get his desk for him tonight, being Thursday, later trading hours. Website and google says the store is open until 7pm so my husband and son went to purchase his desk to be told once we arrived that the warehouse closed at 5pm and we cant have the desk.
