Furniture finally arrived to my dad who is 91. Please note that the couriers just dumped the furniture in my dads lounge and left. This furniture is flat packed and I’m flummoxed at how you, fantastic furniture, expect my dad to assemble a 3 seater sofa bed and an armchair by himself!! I am astounded at the disgusting service we have received as we also had to wait 3 weeks for the delivery.
