The staff here are extremely rude and do not know how to speak to a customer. Went to discuss a damaged item brought from Fantastic furniture Nowra beacause that particular item was not in stock anywhere in sydney with a wait time of 10 plus weeks. I was told by the Nowra team that any issues could be processed at any branch of Fantastic Furniture while purchasing the item. I bought some furniture from Warwick farm store beginning of July 2025 and ordered a weekend delivery. The staff at store were super helpful and helped me finalise my order. The delivery notifications worked exactly as expected and Raziq and Moey of the delivery team turned out to be absolute legends! When the boys got to my apartment I asked for a favour to move few things and even though I could see they were busy, they agreed. The store had a good range of furniture and prices were reasonable. Staff were helpful but not overly attentive. Found a few nice pieces, but some sections felt a bit cluttered. Worth a visit if you’re nearby.
