Amazing customer service from Lee. I purchased a large order from the Caringbah store which included one chair with a stain on it. I completed the customer care form - no reply after 5 days, I called the customer service number - was told that I have to contact the store I purchased from, I called the Caringbah store - was told that I would have to drive and return the faulty chair or pay for delivery.
