Picked up dining chairs from Fantastic Furniture Croydon and Kyran was super helpful from start to finish. Friendly, efficient and even helped load it into my car — top-notch service!

Had a wonderful experience with the sales team however had a very bad customer service experience, rude and racist staff when we went there to collect our furniture. Extremely disappointed, never visiting this store again. 🙏
Absolutely agree with other reviews about damaged items and missing parts. Communication after purchase is a nightmare—once they have your money. The “solutions” offered are frustrating and unhelpful. There’s nothing “fantastic” about Fantastic Furniture. We’ve learned it’s worth spending a bit more at places like Freedom or James Lane for quality products and better customer service. We won’t be coming back.
Awesome services - All the staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. Specially Afsana who was with us the whole time through all steps with patience and made our experience FANTASTIC. 😉😄
