1 Star Last week I was specifically assured by the salesperson that my couch could be delivered today. That promise was the reason I proceeded with the purchase and paid the $89 delivery fee. Today I was informed that the delivery would not be happening. As a result, I rearranged my schedule and my wife took a full day off work unnecessarily. Very disappointing experience. I paid for a service based on a commitment that was not honoured.
Smooth pick up right on closing time.. The boys in warehouse were super helpful nice and very friendly. Thank you for keeping the shutters open on my last minute click and collect order. (Pick up 515pm 18/06/26)
