Afsana helped me decide on two beds, allowing me to test the varying softness of each style of bed. Very helpful and customer orientated. Grateful experience.
I brought a click and collect bed from this store and they accidentally gave me two parts of 2 different beds and when I called them to let them know they fixed it pretty much instantly and honestly went above and beyond to fix it for me, I would totally recommend this team and store to anyone just because of the completely professional and truly awesome way they went about fixing this easy to make mistake. This team is a real credit to the fantastic furniture company.
Excellent customer service. All staff are very helpful and willing to give you time. Warehouse staff is also amazing, big thankyou to Ishaan for being so considerate and helpful making the whole shopping experience an easy and pleasant one.
Decent collection. After visiting this store and trying 2 others, we came back because we preferred their chouch offerings. Friendly staff. Packing available at the rear.
Excellent customer service lounge was replaced, picked up and delivered new one. Will definitely shop with them again as they honoured their six year structure to frame warranty. Thank you fantastic furniture.
