Just don't bother, purchased A couch that was faulty. Got a new couch a rug and a side table the couch was delivered (late and incomplete no rug came picked up the rug and they tried to charge me twice, received an email to say the side table had arrived, went to pick it up waited 20 minutes as there was 1 staff member on the floor ( staff member was very pleasant) finally the manager came out to help and told me I had to drive to a second warehouse location to collect the side table, it's just to difficult with this store, ... read more
Went down to the Maroochydore shop to purchase this Cody desk and hutch Talked to the sales staff who sold us the desk ask was this everything the sales staff replied yes that’s it you have to pick up from this address the warehouse I arrived to pick up the desk and it’s on one pice I then was told to call the store so I called the Maroochydore store were I spoke to the same sales staff member they had to take it up with the manager I get a call back from Jonah the store manager who explained yes it was a error on the sales ... read more
Absolutely awful customer service. We were served by an older lady with grey hair (can't remember her name). We ordered stools and chairs, we were told to pick them up from the collection point. We went to the collection point, waited half an hour there whilst they tried to figure out where our stools were, ended up being back at the store where we originally were. My partner and I attended the store its self in person. Staff were friendly we then saw what we liked and left, returned on another date. Purchased the items. Then started the massive headaches and incompetency. We were told at date of purchase some items would take up to 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. No updates other then us calling for updates only to be told same responses each time, items then to arrived between March approx 3 two months after the fact. Then comes the arrival!
