My partner and I attended the store its self in person. Staff were friendly we then saw what we liked and left, returned on another date. Purchased the items. Then started the massive headaches and incompetency. We were told at date of purchase some items would take up to 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. Have been shopping at this fantastic furniture (Maroochydore) for a while now and they have always shown great service and knowledge of there products and very good deals and prices 100% recommend 10/10

We ordered two couches and one ottoman from Fantastic Furniture and were advised a 4–6 week delivery timeframe verbally, and 6–8 weeks on the receipt. After countless calls to both the Maroochydore store and the customer service team, as well as multiple online chats, we finally received the couches more than 14 weeks after purchase. Self explanatory 3.7 star with a manager like that. Poor communication style from him which let's down the whole team as other staff were lovely. Nothing in stock an months to wait.
