Today I had a great person on the phone Sarah who really helped me with my order. She was polite understanding and helped mw with my need of my urgent order from click and collect. She was super organised and very helpful. Thank you Sarah for quickly fixing my click and collect order. Your attention to me was outstanding.

I dont do reviews but wanted to add my experience at the caringbah store on Saturday. Sarah is fantastic! Sara helped with the design we were going for. She went above and beyond. I am so glad we decided to go instore instead of buying online, the website is quoting incorrect leadtimes for a number of the Sofas when the store has them in stock. I highly recommend going instore. We added the fabric cover for 3 years and it was only $60. The store looks beautiful and the new range looks luxe without the price tag. Im so happy ... read more
