Worst experience with this store and this company as a whole. Had a bed quilt set that was sent out, meant to be signed for but was “delivered” but I’d never signed for it, gone. Two pack of pillows I picked up in store, got home, took one out of the UNSEALED bag to find its misshapen and lumpy, went back to the store and was turned away immediately, no offer to exchange, basically too bad. We were having trouble putting together my son's new gaming chair, so I rang them up and they said, no worries just bring it back and they'll help us. So we took it back and they fixed it for us with no extra cost. They even helped us understand what had gone wrong when we'd tried to do it. So now we have a very good quality chair that was a reasonable price too to last my son for some good years. We'll definitely be going back there in the future
I purchased the Drake four seater corner lounge suite. I read Online that you had a piece of mind guarantee that if the lounge didn’t fit into the space in your home and got it wrong, you could exchange it or get a refund. Also on the day that we purchased the lounge we gave the exact dimensions of the lounge we required, the sales assistant Ester measured up the floor stock lounge for us and said we needed the Drake four seater chase lounge suite. Shop assistant Toni was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for her & she knew exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend this store & especially Toni.
