Very poor post purchase delivery communication waiting 1/2 hour on phone
Website stated they had an Executive chair available for click & collect as well as delivery. So I came in store to purchase it, only to be told there isn't a single one available in Queensland as they refused to sell floor stock as they were receiving stock at the end of the month. Staff were unhelpful and neglected to offer alternatives. I bought one instead from Officeworks :) Even at the time of writing this and the interaction I have had, their staff have yet to update their inventory on the website accordingly.
I have ordered the Belmore Couches over 8 weeks and was told that there would be a 6-8week wait. I have called them multiple times after the 6-7 week mark to see where the couch is and no one could give me an exact answer to whether the couch was completed and ready to be sent off or still being manufactured. I am quite over it as it’s almost been 9 weeks and was just told that it would be a 8-10 week wait.
