Great store layout and variety of stock
Plenty of newly stocked items
I was only able to select delivery, not pick up for small furniture item online. Nathan @ Chirnside Park store noted his proximity to my address, called me the Monday after placing my order to tell me I could actually pick it up if I would like and they would refund the delivery fee. Very helpful and really appreciate it.
I came in last week with my partner to purchase a heap of stuff for our new house and to say I’m disappointed with the service we received would be an understatement. I was greeted by a staff member when I arrived and while I waited for my partner. When my partner finally arrived we were ready to purchase instantly as we knew what we wanted - but do you think we could locate anyone to help us?
