Chirnside park store was a little hard to find as mapping took me further down the road to another location. Store was clean and easy to get around. Was greeted by a friendly staff member who was able to point me in the right direction.
Good furniture shop
Was in the process of being served today. Had a rug on the floor, was being helped to choose which one (I was going to being making a purchase) Another customer came in, staff cut me off mid sentence and served the other customer, then proceeded to take his sale. Left me standing around for a while. Walked out went onto carpet call and brought 2 rugs, spent double the money, but got the service I was after. Best customer service I've see in a long time. If you want patient and knowledgeable staff, go in on a Saturday.
