The customer service at this place in Capalaba is absolutely disgraceful I was trying to order myself a product & ask for the young blonde lady for assistance & by doing that all she was doing was talking to her work colleagues in the middle of our conversation. Rude no matters no help what’s so ever…I’m so glad they are shutting down. They do not deserve a job there
The King Bridge Bed is very solid and value for money. The stuff were super helpful.
Bit slow on providing the review, went in on the Kings Birthday and service was fantastic. Found the perfect item (at a reasonable price) I was looking for however it wasn't in stock and wouldn't be available before the store permanently closed. Spent a bit of time discussing options and in the end was able to get a nice discount on a slightly better item to make it more comparable with the item I intended to buy. Bought a new bed frame online a couple of days ago, just got it delivered - delighted with the purchase and the delivery guys were amazing, on time, super courteous and professional - 10/10 Fantastic Furniture - you lived up to your name. Excellent!
Okay selection (online has more), but staff showed no interested in us. Were looking to go to actually purchase a new bed and couch but will give the Logan store a shot. If not, back to iKea. Would rather pay more for better service.
