I had a fantastic experience purchasing loft bed at the Cranbourne Fantastic Furniture store. We saw the online advertisement, and when we arrived to make the purchase, the price had changed. The manager was very honest and honoured the previous day’s price that we saw online, which we truly appreciated. The back staff were also excellent. They were friendly, carefully helped stack everything into my car, and made sure nothing was damaged. I had to return a purchase due to change of mind. Since it was unopened ,within a month, they took it back and refunded as per their promise.
I phoned up to obtain the dimensions of my armchair and couch . I was given very helpful and friendly service and was able to ascertain that my own car and trailer would be sufficient . Those little things make a big difference
