Very poor customer service. Will never go to this store again
Had to return recall items due to there safety, mislead in times now I’m out of pocket thanks to fanstastic furniture Cranbourne
Disappointed with both product and service I purchased a coffee table in July, and within just a few weeks, one of the legs detached unexpectedly, making it completely unusable. I reached out to the store to request a replacement or even just spare legs, but both were refused, with the excuse that it was an "assembly error." Frankly, I’m very disappointed. Customer service at the Cranbourne store is completely non-existent. Over the weekend, it took nearly 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged by Steven who, when he finally approached, was nothing short of rude. His tone was condescending, making us feel stupid for simply asking if items were available, and his overall attitude made it clear we were an inconvenience to him.
