I had to return a purchase due to change of mind. Since it was unopened ,within a month, they took it back and refunded as per their promise.
I phoned up to obtain the dimensions of my armchair and couch . I was given very helpful and friendly service and was able to ascertain that my own car and trailer would be sufficient . Those little things make a big difference
Had a great experience purchasing furniture at the Cranbourne store. I was being looked after by Steven and he has the best customer service I have seen. Very polite and very knowledgeable of all the furniture. Absolutely highly recommend and highly recommend going to Steven for any help you may need.
Very poor customer service. Will never go to this store again
