Customer service at the Cranbourne store is completely non-existent. Over the weekend, it took nearly 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged by Steven who, when he finally approached, was nothing short of rude. His tone was condescending, making us feel stupid for simply asking if items were available, and his overall attitude made it clear we were an inconvenience to him. **Edit** whilst I am not taking away from the exemplary service I received in store, unfortunately their delivery service has let them down. We were expecting all of office furniture to be delivered on the same day, this did not occur which has caused a substantial inconvenience. Once again, Leanne stood up to get this resolved. We were initially hesitant after seeing some previous reviews, but our experience was nothing short of exceptional! Leanne went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. Her attention to detail, kindness to our kids, and professionalism made all the difference. If you’ve had concerns based on older reviews, I encourage you to give this place another chance! Especially if you have the pleasure of being served by Leanne. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely be returning!
