We did the pickup order and also had to replace a box with damaged panel, both times the warehouse guys were great, put the stuff securly in the car, gave some good tips on assembling the larger cabinet and when we had to replace the box, also opened and resealed the box for us when we asked to make sure its all good. Always a great place for bargains
Staff (both instore and pick up point) really friendly and very helpful. Furniture a great price. Have shopped there many times and definitely recommend.
We moved to the area recently and have been twice to the Mandurah branch. We bought a TV unit firstly and a mattress secondly. Both visits we were assisted by Lisa and she was fabulous! Super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly - the kind of service that makes you want to go back and that you talk about on the way home. Thanks Lisa!
