Great customer service every time I have visited the store. Staff are always happy to answer any questions and help with ideas and planning.
Unfortunately, I had a great couch ordered. It came in three separate parts. Box 1 & 3 of the set came (one box absolutely covered in bird poop). Then no news about box 2, I called and after over an hour was dismissed and sent a tracking. Weeks, later... the package came not in a box and damaged. I've spoken to a lady at a physical store, made online requests... and no one will help. It's ridiculous how bad the customer service is. They dragged it out so you give up. Very unfair. I went to purchase a lounge suite. Very helpful staff, great deal and an all round great experience. Well definitely shop there again.
