Don't order online via this store. They will deliver half of your order (late!), ignore phone calls and definitely not chase up a webform to contact a customer! Apparently awful customer service and a lack of diligence is classed as "human error" and can be dismissed. If you need to talk to someone don't press the wrong button with the concierge, press 4 and ask to speak to a salesperson and they'll pick up! Press 2 for delivery information and youll be on hold all afternoon 🤦♂️
Cheap and nasty furniture.
Good products at good prices. I'd been looking for a desk and hutch (desk top shelf mount) for my little home music studio. Found a good range of options here that I could visualise and sit at the desk to get a better idea of what I wanted. Staff in store were friendly and helpful. The como desk and hutch was sufficient for my current needs, purchased it and picked it up at the loading bay within a few minutes. Purchased the Havana Oak rectangle dining set from Jonah at the North Lakes store today. I had an issue putting it together! Called the store to ask for help and Jonah came through... I was on the edge of having a meltdown (spent the last two days moving house) but Jonah saved me. I can not thank him enough for going above and beyond
