Poor customer service from Izzie over the phone
Bigger than most. Lots of choices. Some really good ones
I waited hours on line to talk to one the support team but didn't answer, I was hearing ads and telling me that they are busy with another customer. When I called a local store they couldn't help me with online purchase. Disappointed and unsatisfied by this company. Never recommend online purchase from them.
Staff named Izzy became very rude when I touched a wooden part of a mirror and moved the table a bit to have a better look but I put the table back to its place. Nothing happened to the furniture or their arrangement. I needed to do that because no staff came to help me. They were just standing near the service desk. I told her to be gentle and she told me to leave the shop pointing her finger at me. My family were with me. Embarassing! Absolutely deserving of 5 stars! The staff were brilliant so welcoming and happy to let me browse through all the fabrics they had displayed on the wall, which I thought was fantastic. The gentleman was also more than happy to answer all my questions. What really compelled me to leave this review, though, was something I witnessed while I was there.
