Big thank you to Allison from Prospect store! I received a damaged 'online only' item that was delivered. I spent months dealing with the online chat, with emails from their helpdesk and the phone line but no one would get back to me. Put of desperation I called the Prospect store and explained my situation to Allison, as I know it's not the physical stores issue they deal with but I had no more options. We bought a coffee table and rug for our living room. They’re simple amazing, and they have a nice and classy collection.
I bought a Dinning table from Prospect store. After complete the assembly I noticed all 4 legs are not same size. The table is not solid and stable. i called store and they simply replied saying online team will call u.
