I just purchased what I thought was the correct mattress from Fantastic Furniture Cockburn, only to discover after carefully unpacking it that I had accidentally bought a Double instead of a Queen. The mattress was never used, slept on, or damaged. I immediately contacted the store and offered to exchange it for the correct size, happily paying the difference in price and any applicable fees. I was LAUGHED at by one of the employees when I politely asked if I could get the difference back on a product I bought a week and a half ago! A Middle aged male with some stubble shook his head before I had even finished asking and then repeatedly said “no no no” to me. Their 30 day return policy if it’s “just not right” is a scam, they expect you to know if it’s not right without opening the box, basically giving people false trust that if their products aren’t right they can return them.
