I love my new furniture... Store was clean staff were friendly, the only thing was the overwhelming smell of glen20 on entering the store maybe change the fragrance
Not worth the 1-star review, The worst customer service i have had, and i work in early settler furniture. My delivery was SCHEDULED for 1315-1615. As a single parent working 2 jobs, i asked my mum to be at my house, she arrived at 1305. As i was at work i missed the 6 missed calls between 1215-1250, and the text at 1259 saying my order could not be delivered. I was needing a dining table set for my one bedroom apartment so final caves in to buy one. The Havana 2 seater package was perfect for myself. Easy to pick and collect it’s located at the back of the store, staff assisted to load it into the car. Putting it together probably took 90mins by myself, sadly there were 4 holes missing so had to use my drill to finish it up. Instructions were easy to read and everything was present minus the 4 holes.
Great and affordable collection of furniture.
Decent display. Good selection at a reasonable price point.
