I was LAUGHED at by one of the employees when I politely asked if I could get the difference back on a product I bought a week and a half ago! A Middle aged male with some stubble shook his head before I had even finished asking and then repeatedly said “no no no” to me. Their 30 day return policy if it’s “just not right” is a scam, they expect you to know if it’s not right without opening the box, basically giving people false trust that if their products aren’t right they can return them. Dont use click and collect. I ordered 2 tables to click and collect at Cockburn as closest stock was Joondalup. Now the Cannington store has tables i ordered in stock,10 minutes from Cockburn but wont transfer my click and collect location but can do refund and if i want a refund I need to come in store or else refund takes longer if done over the phone. At least I didnt waste $ on delivery. They sent a " how did we do" survey which I completed a few days after placing order but I still havent had an email to pick up. All yo... read more
