During my recent visit to the shop with my family, I had an unpleasant experience with a front staff member named Zoie. Her behavior was noticeably rude, both towards me and my family. It was clear that she did not demonstrate the courtesy, patience, or professionalism expected when dealing with customers. We went into store today to purchase a dining table and we asked the lady working if they had it in stock & she explained that it was only available next month but there was no offer of looking at different stores stock. We then asked which tables they did have in stock and she only told us about one that was double the price - surely there is more than one table available.
