I just want to say Lily at Moorabbin is an absolute credit to fabulous furniture she went above and beyond to help with the otherwise pathetic service and help we got with an online order . I called the store just to try and get an Australian help desk phone number as the overseas call centre that FF uses are useless . Lily took all my details and sorted the whole mess - Thank you Lily
Had bad experience buying 3 seats couch, one one the pieces delivered damaged and took 3 weeks to get it returned, however the box was opened and and I documented that on the delivery receipt, the delivery guys were extremely careless throwing and pushing pieces and refused initially to put them indoor Also, couch itself is poor, however very light usage, lost its volume
Really thrilled with the customer service provided in store today, although we couldn't get our product due to a stock miscalculation Louise had heaps of solutions ready to go and had already called another store to source our product ☺️
