my extreme dissatisfaction with both your product delivery process and the unacceptable service I experienced. When I made the full payment, there was absolutely no mention of any delivery issues I needed to be aware of. However, when your delivery driver arrived, he blamed me for not having a parking space near my building. This is completely unreasonable – there is a large Woolworths parking area right behind my apartment, yet he refused to wait for a space and instead kept blaming me even i found many solution to him . Paulette has a terribly poor customer service. Wanted to buy a couch in the last 15 minutes and while Reid was patient and gave us his best customer service, smile and care for our hurry sale.
No one delivery. Wait one month still don't receive?? Call customer service wait 45min. Online chat no one response
One person serving and 4 customers waiting. I walked out!
