my extreme dissatisfaction with both your product delivery process and the unacceptable service I experienced. When I made the full payment, there was absolutely no mention of any delivery issues I needed to be aware of. However, when your delivery driver arrived, he blamed me for not having a parking space near my building. Paulette has a terribly poor customer service. Wanted to buy a couch in the last 15 minutes and while Reid was patient and gave us his best customer service, smile and care for our hurry sale.
No one delivery. Wait one month still don't receive?? Call customer service wait 45min. Online chat no one response
One person serving and 4 customers waiting. I walked out!
I ordered a side table online, but it arrived broken. I emailed customer service with photos of the damage over two weeks ago and still haven’t received a response. I’ve followed up multiple times and even tried reaching out through live chat, but no one has gotten back to me. So disappointing and frustrating to have to follow up with still no refund or replacement
