Wow what can say. Walked in found what i wanted, happy . Then I met Rangid the man that came to me and asked if I wanted something and then it all went down hill from then. Just walked out because his customer service was pathetic. And I love how we have to conduct ourselves when we enter places like this. Well ain't going there again

my extreme dissatisfaction with both your product delivery process and the unacceptable service I experienced. When I made the full payment, there was absolutely no mention of any delivery issues I needed to be aware of. However, when your delivery driver arrived, he blamed me for not having a parking space near my building. This is completely unreasonable – there is a large Woolworths parking area right behind my apartment, yet he refused to wait for a space and instead kept blaming me even i found many solution to him . Paulette has a terribly poor customer service. Wanted to buy a couch in the last 15 minutes and while Reid was patient and gave us his best customer service, smile and care for our hurry sale.
