Very disappointing and misleading experience at Fantastic Furniture Moorabbin. I attempted to purchase a couch clearly advertised on ‘Clearance’ for $599, but staff prevented me from completing the sale and provided information that was simply not true. The Assistant Store Manager, Paulette, told me the item was an “online exclusive” and could only be purchased online despite the fact that I had sat on the couch in‑store and was told they had boxed stock available. Excellent customer service! I recently purchased a bed that needed to be delivered on the other side of town as there were none in stock near home. I spoke with Max who was very helpful and attentive. Within a couple of days I had my delivery with no issues. So thank you for your efficiency and service.
