Customer service was great in helping me pick out the Pinto dining table but am utterly shocked and disappointed at how this can be considered new - worse than some items you’d find on fb marketplace!

I wish I had read the reviews before shopping here, as it seems my experience was far from unique. I purchased several furniture items over the weekend and paid for delivery, which was confirmed for the following Wednesday. I took time off work and stayed home all day waiting for the delivery, only for nothing to arrive. There was no phone call, email, or any communication to let me know there was a problem.
