This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve encountered. They would manipulate you with incorrect informatio that the mattress warranty was only 1 year, despite the product being clearly within a 3-year warranty period. Big selection, good prices, can't argue.
Came in looking to buy a couch, was in the store looking around and was not approached once. 2 workers at the front to busy talking to each other, every single bed was poorly made and just looked messy, definitely not the best look. Sadly walked out without a couch
The service team really were fantastic. Super helpful with stock, holding furniture, and selection between different stores. Chelsea and Tina went above and beyond helping change the address on a tax invoice when I gave it to them incorrectly. Big thanks to this team, I will definitely be coming back!
