No one answers the phone…. Poor service
Absolutely ridiculous experience. Drove all the way to Fantastic Furniture Windsor only to find the store closed for two full days for “internal changes” — with no notice anywhere. They redirected people to the Stafford warehouse, but when I got there, there were no displays, no EFTPOS, nothing — just a waste of time. Totally unprofessional to shut down a store like this during weekdays when people actually need to buy furniture. These changes should be done during off-peak hours, not in the middle of the week. Have possibly never encountered a more disinterested sales person. She obviously had something better to do on her computer and kept disappearing to go do some work. Her manner was very odd. However. The worst was yet to come. The delivery personnel were extremely rude and irritable. They were not happy that I was on the first floor. They were very rough with the goods and nearly knocked a cabinet over. Then told me I should have moved it in preparation.
