BEWARE BUYERS: FALSE ADVERTISING Added 2 items to my cart, and upon checkout, prices increased on the items. Contacted their online team and they said “prices are subject to change without prior notice”. Meaning the price you see when you add the otem to your cart will INCREASE at checkout. WHAT A JOKE. Waste of time. Shows they will go to any ridiculous lengths to make an extra buck, even if it means to go to unethical lengths. That’s how you know their pathetic business is struggling. Check out the proof. BOYCOTTED.
If you encounter any problem don’t even bother speaking to anyone at this store everyone hates there life and has joy in not helping you to get a smile out of there miserable life. Manger is even worse to tell with than the workers they have employed and there furniture isn’t as fantastic as they say when they judge left and right by looking at a couch not by sitting on it.

I purchased the kobi shelf from here, which is very flimsy and poorly designed. The wood broke when I tried assembling it-as per instructions. The backboard was also the wrong size, causing the whole shelf to fall apart . Despite this, fantastic furniture Preston refuses a refund. I will not be purchasing from this company again.
I ordered a rug from the Craigieburn store, but it was taking longer than expected, so I called the Preston store to check if they had one available. They told me they had only one left in stock but didn’t want to sell it because it was their last one. Then I was told that if I paid a 30% deposit, I could pick it up. The whole situation makes no sense, super frustrating. A store exists to sell products to customers—yet when a customer wants to buy something they have, they refuse? Completely ridiculous!!!
