I placed a click and collect order and was unwell with the flu, it exceeded the 7 day holding period however the staff (Nana) was so helpful and efficient when I called asking if I could have a friend collect it instead. Minutes after explaining my situation, she emailed through an authorisation form so I could have someone collect it on my behalf, my friend said it was an easy process and didn’t have any issues. Thanks for your kindness and prompt resolution Nana.
Angry is an understatement. Bought a Torkay lamp table. Got prepared to put it together for my elderly mother who was SO looking forward to having it assembled that day. Low and behold …. missing cam bolts, screws and one other piece. Extremely frustrating !! My mother was extremely disappointed when I told her we couldn’t put it together for her . Not the first time this has happened buying from Fantastic Furniture. This actually happened to us on another occasion. Will it be the last time we buy from this franchise…? YOU B... read more
The 5 stars are solely for Sophie from the Preston store, she is being so helpful with my return and change of sofa after the first one didn’t fit. She deserves a raise. The online service team however get one star, not responsive, telling me incorrect info and just in general terrible customer service. I am so glad it is getting sorted now, it’s a hard time in my life, and it’s nice to know one thing is feeling straight forward with the help Sophie gives.
