I had a Fantastic experience at Fantastic Furniture, Preston last month. I was looking for an affordable sofa (sofa-bed) and ended up buying what I had in mind. The team especially the Manager - Sued was really helpful and patient. She showed us around and helped us select the right one. Thank you so much Sued!
It’s ok. Priced well. Chances of taking something home with you on the way is minimal. You’ll be waiting for months for delivery. If it’s something popular 3+ months.
Very disappointed with the customer service at Fantastic Furniture preston. We visited the store last week to enquire about a study table, chair, and bookshelf. The staff did not seem interested in assisting walk-in customers and were not proactive in offering help. When we asked about assembly options, we were told there was no assembly service available, even if we were willing to pay extra.
