Go in store, shop is empty and not a single employee came and offered any assistance, or even said hello. Just completely ignore your existence. Need training in customer service. Awful
Staff need to be retrained in “Customer Service”,it seems to be payment is the most important! Three calls to the store to confirm a delivery time..”I’ll call you back!” Didn’t.. Delivery is appalling..Two big strong guys.. dumped the lounge in the garage ( 2 big boxes) took a photo to show delivery & left!!! Never again!!
