Staff need to be retrained in “Customer Service”,it seems to be payment is the most important! Three calls to the store to confirm a delivery time..”I’ll call you back!” Didn’t.. Delivery is appalling..Two big strong guys.. dumped the lounge in the garage ( 2 big boxes) took a photo to show delivery & left!!! Never again!!
The service was fantastic. Chris is a hoot and very helpful. I found the quality way better than IKEA.
Purchased a design your own wardrobe kit online, the website suggested an accessories kit to accompany the wardrobe in my cart which I noted when installing isn't compatible with the wardrobe unit. I contacted the store to arrange an exchange however there was no leniency on the 30 day return period which they weren't accommodating at all, despite the reason for a delayed return (60 days) being due to the fact I have a 4 week old baby.
