I went into the mile end store looking for a matress.Stood in the bed section for 25 minutes only 3 customers in the store,one guy looked straight at me then two others walked in he walked up to them so i walked out,wont be going back there.
The customer service I received from the Mile End store was A1. Nothing was too hard for them from unwrapping rugs and placing them next to the lounge I was purchasing to offering putting it in my car. Cayne and Lloyd made my shopping experience easy and that's hard to find. I will definitely use your store again for any future purchases and highly recommend you to others. Thumbs up guys.
I had a very bad experience with this furniture shop. I was told repeatedly that my mattress would be delivered within 1–2 weeks. For weeks I kept following up, and each time I was given false information. Last week, when I visited the store again, I was told the mattress would be delivered in 2 days. That was also a lie.
