I had a very bad experience with this furniture shop. I was told repeatedly that my mattress would be delivered within 1–2 weeks. For weeks I kept following up, and each time I was given false information. Last week, when I visited the store again, I was told the mattress would be delivered in 2 days. That was also a lie. I highly recommend FF at Mile End for their excellent customer service and professionalism. I purchased a Hamilton queen bed and raised a concern about it not feeling sturdy. Cayne handled my request promptly, liaised with the warranty team, and arranged a replacement bed while organizing the return of the original one. When the new bed arrived, Cayne personally called to explain what I had done incorrectly with the side support slats so I wouldn’t repeat the mistake. I visited the store to enquire about a bed I was interested in purchasing for my new home. While I was viewing the product, a staff member (short hair, glasses – unfortunately I did not catch her name) approached me in a manner that felt unfriendly and abrupt. The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and stressed. When I asked whether it was possible to purchase the item in-store and arrange delivery to another state, she appeared unwilling to assist and her response came across as rude and unhelpful. Stupidly didn’t realise it was all flat pack. •sigh BUT Especially want to say that the two men who delivered the goods did an amazing job. Steep stairs and difficult packages and they were champions. Cannot praise them enough. Only got one name, Jamie but they were brothers. Well done fellas
