I ordered my bed for Christmas on December 22, and it's now been over a month since I received the first half, which was just the headboard. I've been waiting for the rest of the bed, but only half has arrived. I called customer service and had to wait for two hours to speak to someone, but they couldn’t provide any information about the delivery company or the missing part.
