Great place
Terrible customer service. Dont recommend, delivery service damages your house. Management lies doesn't follow up. Constantly chasing them and the issue is not resolved over a year now
Love the furniture from Fantastic however during the black friday sales we purchased a dalkeith large TV Unit but instead we received the small TV Unit. We decided we would keep the smaller TV Unit as we had already brought home & set up. When we went back to the store to get a refund for the difference they tried to charge us an extra $60 because the sale had ended & so the price of the smaller unit was now more then what the larger one had been during the sales. 🤦♂️🤦♂️ They should have honoured the black friday sale pr... read more
Ordered item 21/9, told 3 weeks, contacted them 12/10 and I'm told i can expect it in November. Stock is in brisbane but takes 2 months to make it to mackay? Just when I think the level of customer service has bottomed out, they manage to drain a bit more from the pool.
