Absolutely love my new sofa!! Massive Thank you to the Amazing Ange from the Mackay Store who went above and beyond for me in helping me choose the perfect sofa for my unit ☺️ Her level of customer service was the best I've had in a long time and was a very pleasant shopping experience Thanks Ange ☺️
Bought my new couch, staff were so easy to deal with
No customer service. Spent 15 minutes waiting for someone. Thought we will come back later. Came back 90 minutes late and the same same thing.. Shop assistant walked past twice without acknowledging us.so I guess we will have to purchase elsewhere.
Online ordering was pretty straight forward, however it was annoying having to call the store to arrange delivery when a fee has been paid and an address is given. Maybe adding a delivery date when checking out will eliminate unnecessary phone calls.
Not a huge selection of beds ... very affordable though.
