I had a great instore purchasing experience, but also the delivery was 'Fantastic'. The local company handling deliveries was so easy to deal with, perfect communication, accommodating with time-frames and drivers were careful and helpful. Highly recommend.
Save your time and avoid this Mackay store go to Amart this store does hold any stock and the wait times for anything is ridiculous , every other store from Brisbane to cairns has stock available except Mackay store 🙃 Mackay store also refuses to transfer stock from a store that has it to reduce the waiting times very unprofessional and poorly run by management, it’s hard to understand how a furniture shop has no available stock on hand
Had a rough start with my lounge warranty claim. I was frustrated that I wasn’t getting proper updates and had to call four or five times just to hear the same thing. Customer service wasn’t the greatest — I got hung up on a couple of times and got some snarly comments — but to be fair, I wasn’t the easiest customer either. Ordered a bed and mattress from here just shy of 2 months ago including delivery for about 2k was told it will be 1-2 weeks to have it delivered. After a month i called and was told the bed was there but the mattress was still in Brisbane and they will contact me to let me know whats going on. As a new client to your store l would like to acknowledge your excellent customer service and efficiency. One phone call b4 arriving for an office/ sewing desk. Upon arrival I had a look at the great range of affordable and available desks. I changed my mind and went with the Astral. This was no problem to the lovely lady that served us. 100% excellent 👌 customer service 👏 Within a jiffy paperwork was amended. I paid and picked up just behind the building.
