Great customer service. Bought a couch set. They didn’t have one chair in stock, so it had to be picked up later. They called when it became available and offered free delivery for the inconvenience. Very pleased.
Just called fantastic furniture in Belrose and Jenna answered the call. I was asking her about a bookshelf and chair for my son’s apartment and she had amazing product knowledge, Something that seems rare these days. I would definitely recommend going to see her for any furniture needs.

Extremely Disappointed – Avoid If You Value Your Time I ordered a sofa from Fantastic Furniture almost 3 months ago. The original estimated delivery time was 6–7 weeks, which I accepted. But even after that time passed, there was no update on my order. I had to make multiple phone calls, each with over an hour wait time, just to speak to someone.
