Horrible.30day refund is false.we bought Havana king bed and sleepscape deluxe king Metress on 12 th of January 2026 .king size Havana bed and metress was not displayed in the show room but doubled sized was displayed. on their advertisement they said 30 day refund and 3 year warranty.once we assembled the bed frame And opened up the packing of metress we found metress is high up and side panels of bed frame hitting on leg when getting in and out of bed it's so discomfortable.we two times went to belrose showroom and explain... read more
Great customer service. Bought a couch set. They didn’t have one chair in stock, so it had to be picked up later. They called when it became available and offered free delivery for the inconvenience. Very pleased.
Just called fantastic furniture in Belrose and Jenna answered the call. I was asking her about a bookshelf and chair for my son’s apartment and she had amazing product knowledge, Something that seems rare these days. I would definitely recommend going to see her for any furniture needs.
