Friendly courteous staff who know their products. Good range of furniture to fit any budget.
I wouldn't recommend even bothering to talk in the store. No one is available to help and when you go and enquire the guy behind the counter Matt is rude and not helpful! Looking for a toddler bed and was surprised at the lack of assistance or service. We ended up calling fantastic furniture hervey bay after doing our own search as Matt was unhelpful and found the bed we had ended up liking in stock there. Very poor after sale customer service. No acceptable solutions offered by Management to missing parts and the item couldn't be assembled.
