Great service, very helpful
Zero stars - ludicrous policies like having to film yourself disposing of an item in a council bin for them to give you a refund - just crazy! My new bookcase arrived and Melissa at Fantastic offered a 10% refund - I could not put the dam thing together as it was all warped out of shape and made of steel. So effectively useless. Now Melissa wants me to film myself throwing the item into a council bin.
