I’m giving this a 0-star experience. I ordered a Cascade Ivory Ottoman Bench online from Fantastic Furniture on 23 March. On 24 March, I received a notification saying it was ready for pickup in-store. However, when I drove to the store on 29 March, I was told there had been an error in their system — they had oversold beyond their actual stock, so my order wasn’t available. I recently purchased under quite the state of panic as needed items urgently to make ready a bedroom and lounge area for a family member discharging from hospital. All sounds very simple but with a totally panicked and freaked out energy I can’t thank Linda and Jason for supporting me with brilliant product advice but most importantly the highest levels of empathy and next level customer care. I ordered for a tv unit from fantastic furniture and even paid additional for the delivery. Waited for 1week for the product to get delivered. But the problem is nothing was delivered. We went everywhere and around the apartment and checked all the gates possible they could have left it but nothing. Tried to contact fantastic furniture but they told me i have to wait 24-48 hrs for an update? After waiting for a whole day for the delivery. Not even an update from hunter express.
