Would give zero for the whole establishment if I could. The staff are rude, unhelpful, dishonest and have no integrity whatsoever. Bad experience with all the staff. But the whole company is rubbish, not only did they sell me a faulty piece of furniture that had missing pieces and splintered wood, but the pieces I had weren’t even cut to correct size. They agreed to a refund if I brought the pieces back - which I did, within hours - and they told me they’d issued my refund. A week later and I still don’t have it! When I enqu... read more
Im impressed by the service and assistance provided by Kris. He’s extremely professional and knowledgeable on their products. I must mention Phil and John (warehouse)who not only managed to load up my already packed car but also provided great a service and advice on what I purchased. Great experience all round!!
