Would give zero star but unable, zero for the amount of customer service we received. Looked like the Male was training new Female, asking heaps of questions about how to upsell products. BEST way to upsell is to actually speak to the customer. Hubby and I were not greeted by anyone, we walked through the entire store. No one spoke to us for 30+ minutes. I hope you are paid on commission as you all will receive the same payment as the amount of attention you paid us 0
just went into fantastic furniture to buy furniture for my entire house, was in there for 30 minutes and not one staff member greeted me, walked out not worth my money if the staff can’t even greet me and help me
Shoutout to Angela for being so so nice & helpful and going out of her way to help me, I was in and out and got everything I needed in under 20 minutes!!
