Absolutely disgusting service. I purchased a tv cabinet for over $700 had to hire some guys to collect it and bring it up my stairs. When unbloxed, the hinges were broken and there is significant damage to one of the corners. When I sent through the details and photos, they suggested making a warranty claim though I would have to take the original back to pick up the new one when it comes in as they don't have any in stock. Wanted to fit out a wardrobe. Checked online to see if the configuration I needed was available at my local store - wording across picture and click and collect and delivery all said "in stock". So I gutted my wardrobe interior went to our local store and was told 24 weeks! I complained in store and via the phone number only to be told - sorry but it is in stock at our overseas warehouse.
