We booked a pick up from our house for a furniture that was delivered last week and had a broken piece. We were confirmed it will be picked up from our address on wednesday on 22 April 2026 between 7-10am. I especially took a day off to make sure it get picked up. However even after sending a message that a driver will be here in 30 mins, no one showed up instead the status was updated after 30 mins on system there is no space in truck.
