Bought a new bed and study table very nice and good built love the product and and thank you Aniz for your support to help us choose the correct item that we love it
The product is very low quality. The table we got is damaged and the chairs couldn’t even be assembled properly as the bolts does not even match the holes. Very disappointing
Incompetent and rude. Couldn't find my click and collect order. Apparently it had been put aside for me but someone had taken it. The trip was for nothing. I wish I could bill for my time. Plus my order was subsequently cancelled on my behalf without my permission.
Worst customer service and delivery in Australia. Delivery for 500 meter distance takes 10day, no knock the door from delivery staff , go back and i have rebooked to the delivery. They messaged 24-48 hour later to rebook, no one called and messaged. When i came in customer site, no hear sorry fron customer service staff, so lazy service girl and non sense service manager. Fantastic furniture Auburn-Extremely pathetic service!!! 2 girls are soo lazy to service customers despite sit on the sofa and chat … I had to walk to them to ask about the furniture despite them coming and serving very rude customer service.!!!! Request the owner to look into this matter and yes check out your cameras if possible for the proof!!! There is no excuse of busy period now when I have seen them literally sitting and laughing away and not seriously serving the costumers . Never going back Cz of pathetic rude behav... read more
