3 weeks for no delivery, just a refund
Very rude customer service, manager was quite rude and had an attitude when asking basic questions. If you have your job that much just quit and find something else. I have never encountered such a rude and horrible attitude in my life.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality control of Fantastic Furniture products, specifically regarding the Alexa Grey Office Chair. Unfortunately, after picking me chair up and unboxing, it arrived with a prominent rip and several black marks (as shown in the attached photos). Due to prior family commitments, I have been unable to return to the store to resolve this in person. We booked a pick up from our house for a furniture that was delivered last week and had a broken piece. We were confirmed it will be picked up from our address on wednesday on 22 April 2026 between 7-10am. I especially took a day off to make sure it get picked up. However even after sending a message that a driver will be here in 30 mins, no one showed up instead the status was updated after 30 mins on system there is no space in truck.
