I had a lot of issues with my delivery having a significant delay and a lack of communication from the other staff. However, Shelly was so persistently helpful and ensured I was taken care of. She went completely out of her way and her customer service skills are excellent. Girl deserves a raise.
Would have to be the worst ever furniture store I’ve ever stood foot into. 3 staff members all standing around talking at the middle checkout station. Not one of them offered to assist us whilst we walked around the store. They had no interest in trying to serve us. Planned on spending a lot of money to furnish our new house but definitely won’t be doing it there. Absolutely useless
Ordered a mattress and bed frame. Only received the bed frame. Then after a month of complaining about not receiving the mattress and being lied to about not qualifying for a refund i finally got a refund after I spoke to consumer affairs. Be very careful.....
