Very unhelpful I ordered a click and collect from this store and once I arrive they tell me that it's collected from their warehouse, this wasn't told to me prior to ordering. On the website it told me pickup from this store. The staff inside were very unhelpful and honestly kind of rude when I was asking why I wasn't informed it was from pickup. The warehouse is also not open currently even tho I was told to come and pickup now
Hi i went to look some of the furniture in fantastic furniture i can say furniture are nice but customer service so bad the big guy at the counter so rude and 🤮 nasty he think he is someone standing at the counter but he lost more then that i went to the warehouse furniture spend $1600 instead because the service was fantastic so who is laughing ha ha 🤣
I will never shop at this store again. The manager at the store who was there that day was rude and insulting. This is the 2nd time I've had to deal with him. The 1st time I went there he totally ignored me and just kept on his computer when I had to ask for assistance. That day I asked for the store manager and a different guy came out so I could let him know what had happened. I had a lot of issues with my delivery having a significant delay and a lack of communication from the other staff. However, Shelly was so persistently helpful and ensured I was taken care of. She went completely out of her way and her customer service skills are excellent. Girl deserves a raise.
Would have to be the worst ever furniture store I’ve ever stood foot into. 3 staff members all standing around talking at the middle checkout station. Not one of them offered to assist us whilst we walked around the store. They had no interest in trying to serve us. Planned on spending a lot of money to furnish our new house but definitely won’t be doing it there. Absolutely useless
