Very disappointing experience with Fantastic Furniture. My bed frame was confirmed to be faulty, and Fantastic Furniture approved a full refund. However, they then refused to process the refund unless I disposed of the bed frame and sent them photographs as proof of disposal, even though they had already decided not to collect the item. I found it unreasonable that additional conditions were imposed after the refund had already been approved. Exceptional customer service, went out of her way to help me with my purchase (colour choice too) and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She wasn’t pushy and took the time to help me on a busy Sunday. Came home with a lovely chair! Thank you Noreen!
The prices here aren't great considering the lack of quality and customer service
Absolutely astounded…. came into the (Empty) store at 11am, there were two staff members in the store, female staff member was on the phone (Fair enough), the other male staff member was just pottering about and ignored us and didn’t come to provide any service or field any questions we had, but instead another customer came in and he immediately attended to her.
