Bought a bed from them 1 month ago. As putting bed together it was broken. Bed returned and 1 month later still haven't recieved my refund. Supplied them with my bank details apparently they tried calling me and I didn't answer so they closed the case and kept my money. Spoke to manger said I have to bring it up with coustomer care and I did so and they told me I had to contact were i purchased from. This is criminal payed by card should be returned to card.
