Great customer service and had products in stock
Took a chance on Fantastic Furniture as they had the colour and style of a chair we were after. Ordered and paid for in full, then one month later heard nothing about delivery only to follow it up and get told “they are on clearance now so there is no stock to fulfil the order”. What’s worse is I was told this is just the way their ordering system is so it’s not an anomaly. The cherry on top, to get a refund I either have to go back in store or wait for someone to call me. Leaving 2 stars as have had exceptional service here before... Came in today, wanted to buy a couch, sales last was rude as hell when I asked if they could do any better on the price... Came back a while later, stood near the counter waiting for her to get off the phone, she hangs up, doesn't aknowledge me and walks out to the warehouse... If she can kindly turn the couch sideways and shove it where the sun dont shine untill she finds manners, that would be spectacular.
