Fantastic customer service very happy with my purchases
Bought the King Havana Bed - have had nothing but issues with it from the start. It is creaky beyond reason to the point that you can’t move in the bed at all! Myself and my partner are constantly unable to sleep due to this issue. It is flimsy, creaky and terribly made. Upon further investigation online have found that this is a known issue, but the team members at Fantastic do not disclose this to you nor do they do anything to fix it.
