Bad customer service, a worker accused my mother of being high just because she was dizzy my mom has high blood sugar and got up to fast, the guy did a snorting gesture to another worker and they laughed about it my mom did see, I'm sorry but you need to be more polite to people when clearly you didn't know what happened and no worker should act like that, be more professional and nicer next time and don't joke around like kids! And I'm only a minor and I'm more kinder then you! Your a grown man
Bad communication and long wait times. Haven’t had a sofa for months now.
Ordered multiple furniture on delivery the coffee table was damaged. Multiple boxes were damaged. Returned the coffee table and still has not gotten a replacement. Bought a mirror with a jewellery storage.. the pain is already chipping off.(This unit is of poor quality).
