Customer greetings - 0 Customer service - bare minimum Energy to talk to eachother but God forbid an ounce of smile be displayed at a Customer
Got a confirmation at 5.30pm via text message and email that my order it ready to be collected. So take the car seats out and head down only to be told collection is only before 5pm and loading dock is closed. No where any where does it say this until you arrive there and it's on the sliding door of loading dock. Went in today to buy a new couch, was instore for about 20 minutes not one person said hello, asked if I needed any help. Instead just wondered around deliberately avoiding customers. Trotted down to amart bought a couch within 10 minutes done and dusted. It’s really not rocket science to show basic customer service.
Most of the furniture in my house is from here, I've always had good service both online and instore
