Easy to deal with. Pick up around the back.
Helpful staff. Have a good assortment of furniture. Some Australian made goods available. Unfortunately most furniture is flat pack. Paying to have it assembled is not an option. Weird policy tbh. Furniture can be delivered. The delivery price was reasonable and arrived safely.
Customer greetings - 0 Customer service - bare minimum Energy to talk to eachother but God forbid an ounce of smile be displayed at a Customer
Got a confirmation at 5.30pm via text message and email that my order it ready to be collected. So take the car seats out and head down only to be told collection is only before 5pm and loading dock is closed. No where any where does it say this until you arrive there and it's on the sliding door of loading dock. When I complained to Ali about it not being stated and wasting people time, she couldn't care less not my fault, yep yep yep was her reply to everything I said.
