Absolute disgraceful service waited weeks for delivery after so many delays organising delivery was very painful senior staff would do well to train junior staff especially when on the floor by themselves. Would be reluctant to shop here again
A shout out this Gentleman that wont even let me lift a finger to help him out in carrying and arranging the bedside table, an arm chair and ottoman inside my car. Very kind man indeed , very pleasant to talk to and very welcoming. And at the end he said, "have a safe journey back, im sure you would love these items and hopefully u come back again soon". Perfect interaction. 10/10.
Absolutely the WORST Fantastic Furniture I've seen. Furniture in such bad condition broken or dirty and damaged and just left as is. Not just one or two pieces either. The quality of some is TERRIBLE and ive got nothing against cheap Furniture I know its not going to be the best quality but I expect it to be functional still. This was ridiculous. Very disappointing its put me off shopping at any fantastic furniture stores now. No assistance from staff when I was there either and I was there quite a while.
Bought a COMO king single bed from Fantastic Furniture for over $500, and it has been nothing but problems. The slats constantly pop out, and the plastic brackets that hold them in place keep breaking. I’ve had to replace the comfort slats three times now, and the issue keeps coming back. After just 3 years, the metal rails that hold the slats have rusted internally, which is extremely disappointing for a product that claims to be “built to last.” Their warranty and “Fantastic Quality Guarantee” promise that they’ll repair o... read more
