Poor customer service
Bought Idella Single Mattress, however, pretty disappointed with the quality. Not at all comfortable for adults or kids. Worst purchase.
Good customer service
Pro-tip - if you are going to this store never interact with any female staff. They are rude, unhelpful and would leave you frustrated/disrespected with the way they talk. Zero customer service. You will try to be a good and jolly customer but they just won’t treat you with basic respect how a human should treat other human. Not sure if this attitude was racially motivated or they are just this way. Hope someone will take note of this and give some feedback to them.
