Sorry fantastic furniture, your quality of furniture has gone down hill.
Very disappointing customer service today at around 1pm. Asked a female team member today if she could bring down a bedside table from a top shelf, so that I could take a look at it as I was very interested in purchasing 2 of them. The team member said that she can’t take it down and she can only provide the dimensions. I specifically came to the store to see it in person—if I only needed dimensions I would have just looked online. I brought a Como 2 Door White Wardrobe from fantastic furniture I build the wardrobe and as soon as I move the wardrobe it’ collapse and I ring fanatical furniture and they don’t do anything the quality of the products are pretty bad and can even hold for 5 minutes and recommend that don’t buy anything from them and customer service is bad as well very disappointing experience never going again in there
If I could give zero stars I would. On Saturday I ordered a Como 2 Door White Wardrobe from fantastic furniture my husband spend a few hours building the wardrobe and as soon as he move the wardrobe not even an inch collapsed. So I called up. The same guy named “Kenny” who took my order answered the phone answered very rudely and didn’t even believe a word I said just told me to send an email with a picture as I did.
