Fantastic furniture used to be good but looks like the team doesn’t care about customer service or business anymore. They could care less to help us. We had to go atleast 5-6 times to them with our queries. They were so busy talking among themselves. It wasn’t even as if the store was busy and they didn’t have time. I wish I could give 0 star. I am writing to share my disappointing experience at this store on Wednesday, 13 August 2025, between 10:30 and 10:40 AM. When I entered the store, I was interested in purchasing a queen bed with a mattress. One of staff members, Bec and other lady was their. Other lady was assisting another person, so I approached her politely and asked about available options.
