North Geelong staff rude and sexist. Learn your own store polices. To make an exchange about 'sex' is not only pathetic, but completely unprofessional. Grow up. "Once you open the cardboard box you cant return it".....lol
Friendly, helpful staff in this store. I've been in a few times setting up new place and will continue to shop here. The deluxe mattress I bought is very good at an affordable price.
Best customer service ever from Natalie. I needed a bed delivered within 5 days and she helped me over the phone to find a bed and base that was able to be delivered TOMORROW. Lovely person who was genuinely very helpful.
