I ordered and paid for a mattress 3 weeks ago. I was advised that they were in Brisbane and would more than likely be a week before delivery but a maximum of 3 weeks. I rand after a week and was told it would be on the next delivery. I called again after they received their delivery and was told it would be next week which was 3 weeks. Elisha and Kylee (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) served me today. I purchased a bed tand they were lovely. The shop was insanely hot! How they will do business over summer I have no idea. I wanted to look at more things but I couldn’t stand the heat! People should not have to work like that.
21 year old daughter bought a double mattress but staff would not help her get it to her car, left her stranded in the car park in the dark, dunno if their furniture is fantastic but their service is woeful
Delivery service is bad joke! I had driven 1Hr to receive delivery of 2 seater recliner only to find out it had not been loaded on truck. Rebooked delivery and drove 1Hr to receive delivery, this time it turned up and I told delivery guys where I wanted it placed. The response was they only deliver the goods and left it in garage. I am 69 years old and have a 80 kilo recliner sitting in my garage. Not good.
