Should be able to call when expecting a delivery to ask if it could come earlier due to having to pick kids up from school. Last was very rude and didn’t care about the customer all they cared about was saying to have it redelivered on another day which would not suit me. Customers should come first very poor that she did not care
Terrible online store, the pictures don't match actual product. In real life colors are different. It's cheap and flimsy. Dealing with staff is a nightmare. Do not buy, head to Amart instead. Kmart is even better.
Terrible service and terrible products! DO NOT order anything online from fantastic furniture. Their online products are cheap dodgy and terribly made. It's like wholesale dropshipping. Their service is just as bad.
