unwelcoming staff from the moment I walked in, the employees seemed disinterested and unfriendly. There was no greeting or even a smile and only ones in store. we will purchase a couch/bed where else.
Lack of communication one min my base and mattress is in waiting for head bord week later I call waiting for mattress but have head bord and mattress just call and everything arrived no call no email advising it’s hear and pay the remaining NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM USE AGAIN been waiting weeks and weeks don’t recommend at all
Worst service I have ever had! Purchased a display cabinet, waited over a month for it to arrive, no problem, I'm patient. Got a phone call to say it was ready to be picked up. Said time and day i would pick up, got there and they couldn't find it! Was asked to come back following day to give them a chance to find it. Went back next day, still couldn't find it! Why did they ring me to collect if it's not there? Terrible customer experience, will never shop there again!
Danica from the Rockingham store - what wonderful service this young lady provided! She found the last sofa of its kind for me - discontinued :( - and it wasn't even listed as in stock in the system anywhere. Couldn't have asked for a better representative to help me.
