I ordered four bookcases, service team was lovely and had a pleasant experience with them. The shelves have been assembled and put together I put approximately 10 books on the shelf and the whole thing fell apart. All of the shelves ripped off and ruined $1500 worth of books that had been placed on the shelf. I’m very very unhappy with this purchase, I’ve spent almost $600 on these shelves so I’d expect better quality.

Should be able to call when expecting a delivery to ask if it could come earlier due to having to pick kids up from school. Last was very rude and didn’t care about the customer all they cared about was saying to have it redelivered on another day which would not suit me. Customers should come first very poor that she did not care

Terrible online store, the pictures don't match actual product. In real life colors are different. It's cheap and flimsy. Dealing with staff is a nightmare. Do not buy, head to Amart instead. Kmart is even better.
