This is honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. In 2022 we spent over $2,500 at the Dandenong branch on a double bed, double mattress, queen bed and queen mattress. We explained to Karen that my partner’s parents were arriving shortly and were assured the queen mattress would arrive within 3 to 4 weeks. We paid all delivery fees. Bad customer services ever!
We bought two of the Evans 2 seater recliners. Great product. Service was excellent, delivery went off without a problem. My one tiny gripe is the assembly instructions with both sofas only had pages 2, 3 and 6. Unfortunately, assembly detail was on pages 4 and 5. Luckily I am quite handy and assembly was very straightforward. If you need to follow instructions religiously you may have had a problem.
