Bad customer services ever!
We bought two of the Evans 2 seater recliners. Great product. Service was excellent, delivery went off without a problem. My one tiny gripe is the assembly instructions with both sofas only had pages 2, 3 and 6. Unfortunately, assembly detail was on pages 4 and 5. Luckily I am quite handy and assembly was very straightforward. If you need to follow instructions religiously you may have had a problem.
I purchased a recliner from the online exclusive deal purchase delivery delivery arrive via Australian Post. That’s their third-party distributor and they left my recliner at a post office. The one 800 number supplied by fantastic furniture says they open at 9 am Monday to Friday. I’ve been calling every hour. It’s Monday at 4:20 currently I’ve been calling since 9:10 and no one will answer my call also Dandenong and Mornington stores will not pick up to give me any help so they can call the customer service line to tell the... read more
