Nikita treated me like a person not just a sale..Nikita and Sarah both worked on going the extra mile for me as a customer even though i had to attend both springfield and ipswich for my goods and understood the complexity of the sale..a totally different experience to other big brand stores.. thku again girls for all ur efforts..ox
I paid for a couch and the padding was faulty, there was 5 years warranty which came at no extra cost. I was a little nervous when i brought up the warranty wondering if i was even covered and i was!!! I got my money back as i lined up another couch elsewhere but its so reassuring to know that even if you arent happy with your purchase they really will honour it.
Fantastic furniture west Ipswich store. Walking into the store, i noticed that the staff were being told off in front of customers 😳 and myself, which i thought was bad taste and not nice. I felt sorry for staff. No one asked if I needed service for at least 10 minutes, which I put down being under fire from management. Then a staff member said as they were passing just call if I needed any help?, like I was standing there for the sake of it.
