Part of a Luna Bunk Bed was missing from our kit. I emailed, and called to have nice staff blindsight me by saying IF a part is available they will send notification to me. NEVER received notification NEVER received the part. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASEING FROM THEM. You don’t get what you have paid for!
